One Man

One Man

All over the world today, people celebrate the power of a well calculated and targeted investment. Who said God doesn’t understand business? Isn’t it sheer genius that a one time investment made over two thousand years ago is still yielding returns today? I can only imagine the terms of that contract.
One man was despised and rejected, now we are loved and accepted
One man wore sorrow and grief like a garment, now we have joy beyond measure and great comfort
One man paid the penalty for sin and rebellion, now multitudes are counted as righteous
One man was beaten, now millions are whole – nothing missing, nothing broken, total wellbeing
One man bore the stripes on his back, now we can all say we are healed
One man died, now all who believe in Him can have a rich and satisfying life
BUT THE STORY DOESN’T END THERE…
One man triumphed over death and the grave, and rose victorious! That means we’re unstoppable!
Doesn’t it amaze you that each one of us can lay hold on these great and precious promises made by the master investor and clearly documented for our reference? Once you believe, this contract comes into effect in your life.
I strive every day to ensure that I am making the most of this investment. Why should my reality be anything less than the abundant life? The price has already been paid, the debt is settled, and I am free; free to be all I was carefully and wonderfully designed and created to be.
So today, tomorrow and every other day, I will spread my wings and fly. No limits, no boundaries! Forward ever, backward never! I offloaded my burdens at the foot of the cross and now I’m free.
Catch me if you can! Better yet, let’s soar together. There’s enough room in the sky for all of us.
Happy Easter!
